Spanish player Alejandro Davidovich secured his second ATP title of the year in Chengdú, defeating Hubert Hurkacz in a thrilling final.

Davidovich, ranked 28th in the world, showed his improved mental fortitude by winning 6-4, 7-6(9) against Hurkacz in the ATP 250 final. The Spaniard saved four set points during the second set before securing victory in 1 hour and 47 minutes. ipl-cricket.in

This victory marks another milestone for the 27-year-old, who had struggled in finals until winning his first title in Mallorca last month. The win provides excellent momentum as he begins the Asian tour.
