Federal authorities have arrested two men in Idaho for a scheme that defrauded 26 women out of $1.3 million. Daejon Love, 35, posed as a San Francisco 49ers player, while Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, acted as his financial advisor.

Love and Chan have been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. The scheme allegedly began in 2022 when Love used the names Jon Love, Avril Lyto Love, and Jordan Love to convince victims he was a wealthy investor.
