Raiders coach Klint Kubiak emerges as early favorite for NFL coach of the year after guiding his team to a 3-0 start.

Kubiak, who previously worked as an offensive coordinator for the last two Super Bowl winners, got the better of Saints coach Kellen Moore in their matchup. The Raiders' 35-27 victory moved them to 3-0 after a 3-14 season in 2025.

Kubiak has become only the third Raiders coach to launch his career with three straight wins, joining Bill Callahan in 2002 and John Madden in 1969. hilogame.news
