Saints running back Alvin Kamara will be out for at least a month with a sprained MCL, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, likely missing the start of the regular season.

Alvin Kamara suffered the injury during Tuesday's joint practice with the Cowboys. The 31-year-old veteran, who recently renegotiated his deal with New Orleans for the 2026 season, has spent his entire career with the Saints since being drafted in 2017.
