Jets RB Trayanum hospitalized with neck injury

Trayanum was injured on the final play of the first half when Giants linebacker Trace Ford hit him as he received the handoff from quarterback Cade Klubnik. The Jets remained on the field, taking a knee as medical personnel attended to Trayanum, who appeared to be wearing a neck brace when transported on a cart.
