Cowboys' Porter Jr. faces Sunday decision after trade

Schottenheimer expressed confidence in Porter's preparation and first practice, noting the rookie cornerback's ability to communicate with the secondary. However, the coach emphasized that they need to see how Porter moves on Friday before making a final decision on his debut. The trade signals the Cowboys are in "win-now mode," but Schottenheimer will prioritize Porter's health and communication skills over rushing him back. fish-roadgame.com
