Bears' Ben Johnson: Kyler Gordon Must Be Available to Build Trust

Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson stressed the importance of cornerback Kyler Gordon being available to build trust after another injury-plagued offseason.

Gordon missed 14 regular season games during the 2025 season due to groin, hamstring, and calf injuries. Unfortunately for the Bears, another soft-tissue injury has kept the cornerback sidelined this spring.

Johnson noted that while the team knows Gordon is a talented player, they cannot develop trust or make progress if he remains off the field. Gordon is currently in the first year of a three-year contract extension, making his availability a crucial factor for Chicago moving forward. toffler.lol
